What to Bring

Photo identification, insurance cards, medication list, relevant imaging or records, and comfortable clothing.

3

Your Consultation

The doctor will discuss your concerns, symptom history, prior injuries, medical history, work and activity demands and goals for care.

4

Your Examination

A focused musculoskeletal and neurological examination may include posture, range of motion, orthopedic testing, palpation, strength, sensation, reflexes and functional assessment.

5

Your Plan of Care

The doctor will explain the clinical impression and recommended next steps, which may include treatment, home-care guidance, imaging, co-management or referral.

Insurance and Payment

Coverage and patient responsibility vary by plan, location, service, claim status and medical necessity. Verification is not a guarantee of payment.
